Handicaps and tees
On: nothing asks for or checks handicaps, scoring is gross only with no handicap flights, and auto pairing is random.

Flights
Handicaps aren't required for this tournament (friendly event), so handicap flights and net scoring are off and everyone plays in one gross field. Turn "Handicaps not required" off on the dashboard to use flights.
Flights
Enter the boundary handicaps from low to high, e.g. 10, 30: handicap under 10 is the first flight, 10 to 29 the second, 30 and up the third. N boundaries make N + 1 flights, with no overlaps and no gaps. Bands use each player's handicap, not the event's playing handicap. Or use one division for everyone, with gross and/or net prizes and no handicap bands.
No flights yet.
Men and women always play in their own divisions, and the handicap flights below are set up within each. Every player needs a gender (M or F) on the Players screen to be placed, and the results can't be finalized while anyone is missing one. Each flight plays its own tee: handicaps for the event use that tee's course rating and slope.
Everyone with a handicap goes in this division, whatever their handicap. Choose whether its prizes go by gross, net, or both (separate gross and net prize lists).

Players
Auto-assign puts each player in the flight their handicap falls in. To move a player after that, pick another flight in their row: they are marked Set by hand and auto-assign leaves them alone until you unlock them (or clear all set-by-hand choices). Players without a handicap stay unassigned.

Import from a CSV file or Google Sheets
One player per row, player info only: name (or first and last name), and optionally email, phone, handicap (empty means 54 until you set it), gender (M/F or 남/여) and age. Columns can be in any order; Korean or English headers are recognized, and you can fix the mapping before importing. A file with flight, group, starting hole or tee time columns is refused: remove them, then set groups and tee times on the pairing board (flights follow handicap). Excel's "CSV UTF-8" and Korean Excel's "CSV" (CP949) both work, and so does a Google Sheets link shared as "Anyone with the link". Download the template (CSV)

Or use a Google Sheets link. In Google Sheets, click Share and set General access to "Anyone with the link", then open the tab with the players and copy the link.
No header row was found, so the columns were guessed from their values. Check what each column is before continuing.
Choose what each column is. Columns set to "Don't import" are ignored.

No rows with problems or notes.

Add from club members
Loading club members…
Tick the members to add. Each one is linked to their Huddle18 app account. Handicaps are whole numbers: the box starts from the member's app handicap, rounded, so check it, change it or clear it. Members already on the roster, or whose email or phone another player has, can't be ticked.
This club is large: only the first 1000 members are listed.

Edit handicaps
Change any number of handicaps and the allowance, then save once. Nothing is saved until you press Save. Handicaps are whole numbers on an 18-hole basis (plus handicaps as negative, e.g. -2); clear a box for no handicap. A player whose flight follows their handicap moves to the matching flight; players set by hand keep their flight.

Pairing notice email
Results are final, so pairing notices can't be sent anymore. The send history stays below.
Each participant is emailed their own group, starting hole and (for tee times) tee time, in the course's local time. Only registered players are emailed. The page updates live as the pairings change.
